We are in Peru again with CHUNCHO!
We invite you to discover Chuncho, which we produce from the cocoa beans of the Urubamba region of Peru, after the Gran Nativo Blanco bean of the Norandino Cooperative.
Chuncho is a cocoa bean with a very strong fruity profile. Initial notes feature dried fruit notes and a distinctive molasses aroma. It has a round, cocoa and creamy finish with nutty dried fruit accents.
It is produced with only two ingredients: 74% organic cocoa beans and 26% beet sugar.
It has a high cocoa content, it is not a bitter chocolate, but a delicious chocolate with a fruity profile.
