It is produced with only two ingredients: 74% organic cocoa beans and 26% beet sugar.
It has a high cocoa content, it is not a bitter chocolate, but a delicious chocolate with a fruity profile.

Cocoa trees are grown in the Kilombero Valley in the heart of Tanzania, west of the Udzungwa Mountains National Reserve. Kokoa Kamili cocoa is grown in small-scale agroforestry. This production system is an ecological alternative to mono-plantations and ensures biodiversity. It also creates a natural buffer zone for the Udzungwa Mountains. Kokoa Kamili beans are grown on 4000 independent farms with an average area of 2 hectares. 1200 of these farms are labeled organic.
Kamili cocoa beans consist of Trinitario beans, a hybrid variety obtained by mixing Criollo and Forastero beans with Neo-Nacional beans. It has a round profile, some acidity, surprising notes of red fruit (cherries, prunes) with herbal undertones and a chocolatey finish.
