TANZANIA DARK MILK milk chocolate is produced in Peraru with quality cocoa beans brought from Tanzania in Africa.
Tanzania Cocoa Kamili seed, It is our favorite bean for making 'milk' and 'condensed milk' chocolate. And this low-milk chocolate with a high cocoa content is an amazing discovery. It is a completely different experience to the milk chocolates we are used to. This chocolate is made first and foremost from cocoa beans and therefore It is very aromatic and leaves a slightly sour, then caramelized and creamy flavor in the mouth.
It is produced with only four ingredients: 58% organic cocoa beans + cocoa butter and 42% beet sugar + organic milk powder.

Kamili cocoa beans consist of Trinitario beans, a hybrid variety obtained by mixing Criollo and Forastero beans with Neo-Nacional beans. It has a round profile, some acidity, surprising notes of red fruit (cherries, prunes) with herbal undertones and a chocolatey finish.
