In addition to cocoa beans and sugar, organic milk powder and cocoa butter are added. It is a creamy, delicious milk chocolate with its balanced ratio of cocoa butter and sugar and no additives.

Kamili cocoa beans consist of Trinitario beans, a hybrid variety obtained by mixing Criollo and Forastero beans with Neo-Nacional beans. It has a round profile, some acidity, surprising notes of red fruit (cherries, prunes) with herbal undertones and a chocolatey finish.
