Hot Chocolate Preparation

Mix 30 g of the blend with 200 ml of milk or water at room temperature. Place the mixture in a saucepan and heat gently, stirring continuously as it warms. Once heated and the chocolate has completely melted, bring it briefly to a simmer and pour into a cup.

You may adjust the proportions to suit your taste and flavor it with sugar or a variety of spices as desired

It is packaged in gusseted packaging like a powder form for easier use and quicker melting.
